What Is Nutritional Therapy?
Nutritional Therapy is not another diet fad or passing craze. We will not be telling you silly things such as eat only cabbage and rice at midnight for the rest of your life. This program is based off of the idea that you should eat what healthy humans have eaten in the past. Our nutritional therapy program uses a variety of assessment tools, processes and analytics to identify imbalances in your own body chemistry. These nutritional deficiencies are corrected through dietary changes, lifestyle changes and targeted nutrition support. Nutritional therapists do not diagnose or treat disease, but work to correct imbalances with the goal of gently guiding individuals back on the path to health.
